Tonakai Collectibles delivers to mainland Portugal and the islands, ensuring that products reach our customers quickly and safely. Order processing time is 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on location: for mainland Portugal, the delivery time is 3-5 working days, while for the Islands it can take up to 7 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and destination of the order. We offer free shipping for orders over a specific amount, which will be communicated on the website. After shipping, the customer will receive an email with the confirmation and, if applicable, the tracking number to track the delivery.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is paramount to Tonakai Collectibles. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging. The customer must contact us by email, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
Returns are accepted for exchange or refund, depending on the customer's preference. In the case of returns due to a defect or shipping error, the return costs will be borne by us. For returns due to other reasons, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued within 7 business days after verification of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
